Vehicle cannot be put into gear, After inspecting the shifter cable components we found that the bushing at the shifter had broke due to age. Ford does not sell the shifter bushing separate from the cable and the cable was not available. Was able to find an aftermarket bushing and reattach the cable to the shifter
